In Canada with Cousins!

Canadian Magic!
We arrived in Lethbridge and the fun just continued on with family.
They kids just picked up where they left off and the creativity just flourished for a solid week!
Always finding our sleeping tree and this time putting it to good use and
tying out "slack-lining" that Uncle Rodney and Auntie Jenn brought.
Barb and Wayne called our dear friends, Danny and Tammy Balderson and told them we were coming home. They decided to have a barn dance in their 100 year old barn in Welling. Many of our friends and family came by to say hi and we had a great night catching up and dancing the night away~
Thank you Barb and Wayne and Balderson's for setting this up and making it so much fun!
Danny and their littlest, Brittany Paige (Don't you just love her name!)
A serious game of lightning commenced all evening

Spencer with his great friends Curtis Leishman, Danny, Brian Boehme and Alan Gibb
Waterton National Park
Grandma and Grandpa planned a fabulous day in Waterton!
We got to hike up to Bertha Lake and be together on another stunning day.
Ike, Keola and Ty

We all had to run to keep up with Grandma! She is amazing!
We hiked to Bertha Lake and it was seriously so beautiful.
It was such a perfect day.
You may think I'm kidding, but I'm not when I say you have to WORK HARD
in order to keep up with Barb and Wayne! They are fit!
 Brittany, Michelle, Ty and Grandpa
Seriously! Canada is GORGEOUS!
Three Generations!

We hiked for about 8 miles in total and the kids were amazing.
Grandma saved the day with her preparedness - Ty was getting blisters
on his heels and she pulled out all the tools and helped Ty finish with a big smile!
Love you Gram-Gram!

Love Uncle Rod
Jack and Josh

 Waterton Lodge
We had bow and arrow lessons from Uncle Rodney
Archery is WAY harder than it looks, but it was SO much fun!
Rodney and Sidney rock it!
 Auntie Jenn
 Uncle Rodney's legit bow

Woot! Woot!

Temple night with the kids in Cardston. Rodney has been working hard
and found some family names on the Holt side. It was such a special night together.
What can we say? Our little boy is growing up.
As if bow shooting wasn't enough, Rodney brought his guns for the kids to shoot skeet and gophers.
I tried to keep telling Josh that those "big black cases" were violins and brass instruments...but alas, the cases were opened and out came the weapons. I'm certain, my kids will never see hunting the same way again.
You can tell I'm not there...Why is he holding that thing???
They LOVED it and Josh is totally hooked now on guns and knives

Ty popped the first three targets right off the bat! He a little sharp-shooter!

 What in the world?!!
What can I say? That's my girl!

Annual Family Un-birthday Party in Stirling!
Auntie Michelle was in-charge of the day and it ended up being a BLAST!
She is SO creative.
