Cotswold Magic
We spent a beautiful day in the Cotswolds - Chipping Camden and Burton-on-the-Water
Visiting the beautiful Burton on the Water with Natalie and Jennifer
We started doing a treasure hunt through the city, but it got pretty difficult, haha
but we did see some beautiful things on the way.
It was like a postcard picture everywhere you looked.
Natalie thought it was so funny at how I wanted to conquer this on-line "treasure hunt",
but it was SO hard! haha So we just started looking around.
I saw the cutest father teaching his son the art of leather work in their family owned shop.
Josh got a sheep on Sheep Street
Ty - age 9 (just a week before his 10th birthday)
Josh - age 7 (also one week before his 8th birthday)
It's not every day my boys get all "loved up" by three beautiful cousins!
Isn't AMAZING how ice cream ALWAYS works?!
This was the coolest dog - he fetched rocks!
Margate Grotto
So I read online about a grotto on the eastcoast of England that was discovered and
designed out of thousands upon thousands of shells.
The intricate designs were incredible. (It was just quite small and we were expecting a lengthy experience.)
Mason and Ike were not as impressed as I'd hoped they'd be. It was really amazing, but small and this is Ike laughing at Mason pretending to fall asleep while we were looking around! (knuckle head)
Canterbury Cathedral
Canterbury Cathedral is in Kent and is one of the oldest and most famous Christian structures in England.
It was built around 1070 and the most recent alteration was in 1834.
Its beautiful Gothic style is quite a site to behold.
"Ladies in London!"
Nessa and Remi could not be cuter!!
Anne showing the ladies the finer shopping points in London!
Way to go Anne x
HYDE PARK
While the ladies were shopping, I took the boys to Hyde Park for some football and frisbee. It was a gorgeous day.
That night, we met back up and part of the group had
a night out in West End going to see Michael Jackson's Thriller,
and I took the rest of the kids home for movies and milkshakes!
We had quite a scare on the underground tube with Aysia almost getting caught on the wrong train.
It was an exciting city filled-night.

Natalie, Jenn and I had a night out in London and shopped and ate then
we spontaneously bought tickets to the theatre one night and saw the amazing show Beautiful.
Sunday Stake Conference
Sunday Stake Conference
Staines Stake Conference at the beautiful Beaumont Hotel in Old Windsor.
Ike was the youth speaker and did the best job!
Spencer got to ho Mufasi's baby during the meetings! She was perfect!!!
We were able to bring a lunch and sit out the the gardens and enjoy the grounds.
One of our favorite families in the Staines Ward -
Tony and Vanessa with their three boys: James, Matthew and Jono Russell
Vanessa was baptized around 25 years ago by our dear friend, Jared Randall.
Our favorite Sunday dinner with our favorite family!
We invited the youth from our ward over for a fireside.
Vanessa talked about her mission. It was SO great!
