Boo-t to Boo-t!

Happy Halloween!

The kids had a Friday Fever Fun day after school on Friday.
Joshy was thrilled with his "three medals". He kept telling everyone, "I got three medals!"
Barb and I spent Wednesday buying material and making a Ninja and Gypsy
costume for Ty and Anne.

Anne with Laura and Ava

We came back to the house and had a little Halloween party with a family from ACS,
Julia, Ava and Bobbie, and Richard came to experience his first Halloween. He thought it was hilarious!
Richard loved the witch hat!
He loved taking pictures all evening

Josh had a strong salute!

Anne and Ava have become good little friends

Is it just me, or is she growing up too fast???
Anne loved her gypsy costume

Notice the seriously cool dragon Barb sewed on Ty's costume!

Our neighbors house Quick fact: In England, they don't have a trunk-or-treat, it's called a 'Boo't-to-'Boo't. Why? you may ask, the trunk of a car is called a "boot" (and the hood is called the "bonnie".)
 Hence, Boot-to-boot party!

Alyson, Shawn, Trevor and Anne stopped by to say hi

London Ghost Walk with the Frosts
We went into London for Ike's Futbol tourney in London. He played 4 games and loved it.

Anne decided to get her face painted in preparation of our night-time London Ghost Walk.
We started at St. Paul's Cathedral and walked through the streets hearing spooky stories with a tour guide we hired. He was FANTASTIC! It was such a gorgeous night.
Joshy and Ty loved sitting on the top of the double-decker bus

We had a fun Activity Day party making happy owl-oween owls

This week Barb and I went into London and had the best time going where ever our hearts desired.
We had our first Scotch Egg - SOOO delicious
Selfridges setting up for Christmas with their spectacular window displays
Then we talked the guys into going into Windsor for some shopping.
Watched the changing of the guard

  2. I wondered if they had Halloween the same day there... Germany started doing Halloween too. (Even though they have another dress-up-scary holiday called Fasching.) So.... If the hood is called Bonnie does that mean that Irish song about 'Bring back my Bonnie to me' is all about a car? :-). How long are Barb & Wayne staying? Tell them we said 'hi'. Looks like the weather is still ok. It finally cooled off here this week. And the park across from our neighborhood just opened last week. Better late than never. :-). Have a great week.
